Ferguson grabs Top-10 finish with World of Outlaws at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Carson Ferguson unloaded his Paylor Motorsports No. 93 machine at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon for the two-day Tennessee Tipoff with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.

Among a strong 45-car field, Ferguson qualified seventh-fastest in his group befoe making up one spot in his heat race. In the $12,000-to-win feature, Carson drove to a Top-10 finish in ninth.

Saturday's $15,000-to-win finale was called off due to the potential for severe weather.
