Carson Ferguson completes Speedweeks trek with World of Outlaws at Volusia Speedway Park
Skipping the first two nights of racing, Carson Ferguson unloaded his Paylor Motorsports No. 93 at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.) on Wednesday afternoon for the DIRTcar Nationals.
With the field split into three features, Ferguson was placed in the first $5,000-to-win feature and wound up 16th.
As the World of Outlaws took over for the remainder of the weekend, Carson missed Thursday's main event before racing his way into Friday's $12,000-to-win show and recording a 17th-place finish.
Ferguson save his best run for the $20,000-to-win finale on Saturday as he transferred through his heat race and recorded a 14th-place outing.
