Ferguson grabs Top-10 in Gateway Dirt Nationals preliminary at The Dome
Once again teaming up with Kale Green Motorsports for the Gateway Dirt Nationals weekend, Carson Ferguson stepped into The Dome at America's Center (St. Louis, Mo.) on Friday afternoon for his preliminary night.
Ferguson laid down the 10th-quickest lap in his qualifying group before finishing third in his heat race which placed him in a B-Main. After winning his consolation race, Carson started 13th in the $5,000-to-win prelim and raced to a Top-10 finish in ninth.
On Saturday, Ferguson started second in his qualifier but fell back to finish sixth and was unable to make the $30,000-to-win main event.
