Pair of ninth-place finishes in Winter Freeze XIV at Screven Motor Speedway

Piloting a Kale Green-owned No. 00 Longhorn, Carson Ferguson invaded Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Ga.) on Friday afternoon for the Winter Freeze XIV.

Among 34 Southern All Star Late Models, Ferguson's qualifying effort locked him into the 30-lap main event where he would land inside the Top-10 in ninth.

For Saturday's $12,000-to-win finale, Carson was relegated to a B-Main but still earned a starting position in the night's A-Main. Charging through the field, Ferguson made up eight spots in 50 laps to secure another Top-10 finish in ninth.
